Donnacha Neary, MD of SONICA, the leading Irish Construction company, was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the annual All Ireland Business Ceremony at the end of October.
The Foundation is responsible for identifying and accrediting best-in-class Irish businesses, overseeing the All-Ireland Business Awards, Summit and promoting peer dialogue among members.
The Foundation offers accredited businesses with opportunities to engage in peer-dialogue, collaboration and support to each other. It allows them to attain and, most importantly, maintain the highest verified standards for the benefit of both businesses and consumers.
The Foundation promotes accredited businesses to Irish consumers, giving them confidence and reassurance when making their purchasing decisions.
The Foundation is led by an advisory board made up of a panel of volunteer judges, mentors and business experts. The independent adjudication panel is chaired by Dr. Briga Hynes, head of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute.
Described at the event as ‘The best at what you do’, Donnacha Neary was recognised for the growth of SONICA over the past 8 years and for his innovation and commitment to fit out and interior construction in Ireland and abroad.
The recognition comes as the countdown to the opening of First Landings, SONICA’s HQ and statement of intent and Land and Expand business destination continues – opening shortly in Skerries, Co. Dublin.
